The removal or attempt to copy or use any information on the NDFCA website is prohibited. As outlined under federal copyright law it is illegal to copy, reproduce, record, distribute or disclose the learning content and assessment questions, in whole or in part. The above actions will result in civil and criminal penalties. I agree to not violate these policies.
I understand that the material on this website and any course content belongs to the National Dispatch and Freight Certification Association (NDFCA), and may be accessed only by those students registered in a course they have purchased.
I certify that I will not cheat on any quizzes, assessments, or examinations proctored by NDFCA. Cheating constitutes any of the following actions:
a) Soliciting answers from a candidate that previously passed the exam.
b) Using any on-line materials or search engine help, ex. Google.
c) Reproducing or making copies of any quiz, assessment, or examination.
d) Using books, notes, or any other source of information during any quiz, assessment, or examination.
e) Obtaining help from any other person during any quiz, assessment, or examination.
I certify that all information provided by me is true to the best of my knowledge. I meet all the pre-requisite requirements to take my NDFCA National Dispatch and Feight Certification Association Examination for National Freight Dispatcher. Falsifying any information will result in immediate termination of the earned certification.
I understand that any claim I may have regarding the enforcement of these policies may not be greater than the amount paid to purchase a course or apply for certification.
All candidates taking the National Freight Dispatcher Certification Examination must provide written proof of training or experience upon request. All candidates are solely responsible for knowing and understanding their State requirements as pertaining to their position and profession.
There are no refunds or cancellations for any courses or certification purchased through NDFCA National Dispatch and Freight Certification Association, once the learning content has become available to the student/exam candidate. Once access to the courses, platform, or examination has been granted, it is the student/candidate's responsibility to finish all coursework and pass all quizzes, assessments, and examinations within 60 days.
